An absolute exceptional experience. Amazing food and ambiance. Came here to celebrate a birthday with a friend, our waitress was very nice (forgot her name). Had a little dance with waitresses and waiters cheering and singing for me… oh I also got a scoop of ice cream for my birthday

What a blast 🙌 first time there for my birthday, the food was exceptional we had oxtail and my friend had lamb shank,she was literally scraping everything from that plate.
We had told our wonderful waitress Jenay that I am celebrating my birthday, oh boy if I tell you, the whole team of waiters came to celebrate with me and even danced with me 🥹.
I am most definitely coming back and thank you very much Comida thanks a million ,see you very soon.

Beautiful restaurant with lovely lighting and atmosphere. Outdoor seating options have better atmosphere, would be great if they had hubbly as an extra. The service from Teboho and management was also amazing, ordered a medium steak and it arrived rare but Chef and management prepared another piece of steak with extra sides to compensate for the mistake. Overall great food and drinks.

We had an incredible evening at Comida Eastgate.
The vibe and ambiance are unmatched-the outdoor terrace is beautifully lit and the interior has a chic, upscale coastal feel that makes you feel like you've been transported to the Mediterranean.
The food was a total standout. We loved the creamy mussels and baked prawns (don't skip the bread rolls to mop up the sauce.), and the steaks were seared to perfection.
The cocktails are also a work of art-the strawberry gin infusion was as delicious as it was photogenic.
A huge highlight was getting to meet the Chef. It's clear the kitchen team puts immense pride and passion into every plate. Our waitress, Yolanda was exceptional, friendly, made us laugh and has an eye for detail and making your experience the best.

The waiter we had ( Latoya) was absolutely incredible and happily treated us very well . The baby kingklip was delicious and we enjoyed the lemon butter sauce . The food came out very fast there was no long wait times and was fairly priced . Would absolutely recommend

What a lovely experience! My friend and I went there for lunch and ended up spending around R480 each- this is with 3 drinks each, 3 small plates and a large sharing meal of chicken wings. The most delicious wings I've ever tasted, it's like they came off the braai stand, but still very soft and nicely seasoned. Beautiful Beautiful space! Lerato's service was great! They're not stingy with the liquor, so enjoy!
